Eric Joseph Gomez was released back to Merced County under the rules of the new criminal justice realignment program recently implemented by the State Legislature. He promptly violated the terms of his supervision and is now wanted for Felony revocation of Post Release Community supervision. His bail is set at $100,000. He is also wanted on a warrant for Infliction of Corporal Injury on Spouse/Cohabitant. Bail on that charge is $75,000. Total bail, $175,000.

Jennifer Cato has a large list of crimes for which Merced Superior Court has issued warrants totaling $225,000. She began her crime career in 2001 when she fraudulently obtained aid while racking up food stamp violations. She compounded these charges by committing perjury. In 2006 she again committed food stamp violations and added two counts of perjury. Her latest crimes in 2011 include possession of narcotic controlled substance and destroying evidence.
Cato is 5” 4” in height and weighs 216 pounds.

Maricruz Hamaguchi is wanted for warrants totaling $120,000 out of Merced Superior Court. She was originally arrested for causing injury to an elder adult and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent. Both original crimes are felonies. She is now wanted for violation of her probation for her crimes.
Maricruz is 4’ 9” in height and weighs 130 pounds.

On March 26, 2012 at approximately 10:09 p.m., the Los Banos Police Department responded to the 300 Block of G Street regarding a home invasion robbery. Officers arrived and contacted the 21 and 28-year-old victims who reported two black male adults forced entry into their residence, with firearms. During the robbery, the suspects stated they were searching for illegal drugs, but according to the victims no drugs were located.
The suspects left the residence after stealing property and the victims Red Ford Focus. No injuries were reported during this incident.
The first suspect was identified and taken into custody. The second suspect, Terrance Frazier, is still at large. The car is described as a 2001, Red, 4DR, Ford Focus. Please note that the suspect Terrance Frazier is to be considered armed and dangerous.

He has special conditions of parole to include No Contact with Minors, No Porn, No alcohol and No Child Lures. He is also known to have committed violent crimes involving weapons. His AKA is “Flaco”. Rodriguez is 5’2” in height and weighs approximately 175 pounds. He is 50 years old.
Eleno has known ties to the Merced Area including relatives in South Merced and the Delhi areas.

Hou Lee is a most wanted person in the San Joaquin Valley. He currently has active felony warrants in the County of Sacramento and the County of Merced. He suspected of committing several robberies, the latest in Elk Grove, Ca. His MO involves the use of a handgun during these robberies. He was previously arrested for possession of a concealed weapon. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
Hou Lee has eluded capture for several years and may be in possession of a stolen identification. His last known address in this area is located in the north area of the City of Merced.

On January 05, 2011 at approximately 10:00 P.M. Dos Palos Police Department responded to a reported stabbing in the 2000 block of Walnut Avenue. Upon arrival, they located a victim suffering from an apparent stab wound. The victim was transported to Los Banos Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Edwin Martinez, a former Dos Palos High School student was identified as the person responsible for the assault. Martinez ran from the area and left in what is described as a light colored Mitsubishi. The Dos Palos Police Department is asking for the assistance of the public to locate Martinez.

Andrea Junita Solis, born 8/17/1974, is currently wanted on warrants issued by the Merced Superior Court, with total bail set at $150,000. She has a long record of arrests and subsequent probation violations. Solis is known to frequent the Merced area. Facts of the offense: On July 3rd, 2009, a Merced County Sheriff's deputy was dispatched to Trevera Dairy, which is located just north of Henry Miller Road, for a report of a robbery. The officer met with the two victims who explained they had been invited by two neighborhood acquaintances, whom they knew as ""JA Little" and "TJ", to hang out with some girls in Santa Nella. The victims explained the agreed to join "JA Little" and "TJ" and they even stopped at the Circle K Market in Los Banos to purchase alcohol. The victims went on to explain after purchasing the alcohol they were in route to Santa Nella when the driver pulled over and informed them he had to urinate. Both victims stated they too exited the car to urinate and as they did so one of the victim's, victim #1, was struck in the back of the head.
Victim #1 informed the officer he believed he was struck in the head with either a baseball bat or the leg of a chair by "Ja Little". In addition, Victim #2 believed he had lost consciousness for a few minutes. Victim #2 explained he awoke to JT and JA Little kicking him in the face and beating him. Victim #2 estimated the beating lasted approximately 15 minutes. Victim #2 stated the suspects were saying, "What the fuck does this cracker have in his pocket". Victim #2 informed officers he believed Victim #1 ran away as he did not see him during the beating. In addition, Victim #2 explained the suspects had attempted to run him over with their vehicle approximately two times. Victim #2 explained he was able to move out of the way each time. Victim #2 stated the suspects stole his boost mobile phone and $300.00. Offices noted Victim #2 complained of pain to his ribs and jaw area and was bleeding. Victim #2 was subsequently medi-flighted to Doctor's hospital in Modesto.
Officers further interviewed Victim #2 while he was in the hospital. At the hospital, the Victim informed officers he had a first name of the suspects, Jalil and Theo. Victim #2 informed officers he had attended high school with Jalil. Detectives traveled to Valley Community High School in Los Banos and obtained photographs of Jalil Samuel and Theo Ganner. Officer showed the photos of Ganner and Samuel to the victims and they were identified as the suspects.
The defendant was granted probation on November 17, 2009. Since being placed on probation the defendant has suffered a violation of probation for the use of marijuana, failing to report to the probation officer, and failing to report a change of address. On June 24, 2011, the defendant pled "no contest" to a violation of Section 11350(a) of the California Health and Safety Code, Possession of a Controlled Substance, a felony in Santa Clara Superior Court Action #C1108256. The defendant's conviction resulted in the filing of VOP #2. The allegations are: failing to obey all laws, failing to report an arrest, failing to report to the probation officer following release from custody, leaving the county, and failing to report to the probation officer as directed. On August 5, 2011, the defendant failed to appear for court and probation was revoked and a $250,000 bench warrant was issued. The defendant's whereabouts remain unknown.
