Jesse Manuel Munoz is currently wanted by authorities in Merced County on an arrest warrant issued out of Merced Superior Court. The bail on the arrest warrant is $700,000. The crimes for which Munoz is wanted include 8 counts of Diversion of Funds and 2 counts of Embezzlement. The crimes occurred in the Merced area and extended into Texas. Most involve real estate fraud, grand theft and diversion of construction funds. Some include the enhancement of elder abuse.
Munoz is known to be in the area of the City of Merced and Chowchilla. He has connections in the Bay Area and possibly San Luis Obispo. Munoz is described as 5’ 11” in height and weighs approximately 190 pounds.

Rolland Charles Hanley is currently wanted by authorities in Merced County on two warrants issued out of Merced Superior Court. The total bail on the two warrants is $200,000. Rolland is a burglar and the crimes for which he is wanted involve burglaries in the City of Merced and the City of Atwater.
Rolland is known to frequent the areas surrounding Merced and Atwater. He is described as 6’1” in height and weighs approximately 190 pounds.

Kevin Wesley Guidry is currently wanted by authorities in Merced County on two warrants issued out of Merced Superior Court. These are no bail warrants which mean Guidry will remain in jail and not be released on bond. Both warrants are associated with the same crime on two separate instances. That crime is Inflicting Corporal Injury on Spouse or Cohabitant.
Guidry is described as 5’ 11” in height and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He is known to live or have lived in the City of Los Banos.

Kevin Robert Perry is a resident of Le Grand who is a thief and a bully. He has committed the felony of Battery With Serious Bodily Injury as well as other crimes such as petty theft. Mr. Perry apparently believes that it is also OK to violate his terms of probation on the petty theft charge and is therefore wanted by Merced Superior Court on that account. His current bail on two warrants is $60,000.

Esquiel Esparza Montez is a burglar, and apparently has done so multiple times. In addition he has caused damage in the form of vandalism while committing his crimes. He has also resisted arrest when caught by officers. In addition to the original charges, he has failed to appear in court when ordered to do so and has violated probation once convicted. He is currently wanted on two felony warrants for a total of $20,000.
